Testing principle
AdoptingMolybdenum Vanadate Standard Addition Colorimetric MethodDuring testing, an indicator is added to the sample and reacts chemically with PO43+in the solution to form a yellow solution. The color change is proportional to the orthophosphate in the solution, and the color change is measured using a photometer. The concentration is then converted using the reference beam method. This dual wavelength testing process, combined with a unique background value correction function, enables the instrument to automatically eliminate the effects of chromaticity and changes in the surrounding environment of the flow channel. It has been proven through practice that even if the chromaticity of the sample is large, the testing error will not exceed 1%.
